Dr. Jenkins obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. After completing her undergraduate program she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College. Throughout her matriculation at Meharry, she received several scholarship awards including, the MMC Drum Major Award, the Ronald A. White Endowed Scholarship, and the Class of 2002 Endowed Scholar Award.
Continuing Education & Professional Memberships
Dr. Jenkins enhanced the foundations of her dental skills by completing a General Practice Residency Program. To stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies in the dental industry, Dr. Jenkins continuously seeks advanced training opportunities. Dr. Jenkins holds memberships in both the Academy of General Dentists and American Dental Association, which are committed to professional advancement through advocacy, education, and research.
Life & Hobbies
Dr. Jenkins aspires to live on a planet where worry is a thing of the past. Developing a cure for stress is at the very top of her bucket list. She spends most of her free time as a kitchen chemist, working on the cure all for her own family. Dr. Jenkins’ enjoys creating new memories and experiences with her husband and four children. When she is not spending time with her family she is coaching, going to the movies and exercising.
